It is very important that Hirers arrive at the booking office promptly a little before the hire time to make sure that a complete hand-over instruction can be completed without reducing too much from the time on the Lake. You should also allow time to secure local parking.

A deposit will be taken at time of hire as a “Good Boat Care” security to be returned at the end of the hire subject to the Terms and Conditions

I understand a “Good Boat Care” deposit will be taken at the time of hire the return of which is subject to the Terms & Conditions of the hire which I am familiar with. These state, in short, that a late return, or damage to the boat, or incorrect usage of the boat leading to the call out of our Safety Vessel to assist you will lead to forfeiture of the deposit. I also note that it is a condition of Lake safety that you must be over 16 to drive the hire boat.
